Refund policy

At Mojo Molecular, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of research materials, we are unable to accept returns on products once they have been shipped, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Returns

For the safety and integrity of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped.

We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or shipped research materials.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product(s)
Photographs of the shipping package, if applicable

If the issue is verified, Mojo Molecular may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the affected item(s),
Issue a store credit, or
Provide a refund to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier.

While delivery is ultimately the responsibility of the carrier after shipment, Mojo Molecular will gladly assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law:

Opened products
Used products
Products damaged through improper handling or storage
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
