Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be vary during periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping charges).

Mojo Molecular reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional shipping offers at any time.

Signature Confirmation

To help protect our customers, orders totaling $300 or more may require a signature upon delivery.

At our discretion, signature confirmation may also be required for other orders based on value, destination, or other factors.

Packaging

Orders are packaged securely to help protect their contents during transit.

While many shipments are sent in discreet packaging, certain shipments may display product information or shipping documentation as required for fulfillment or carrier compliance. We cannot guarantee that every shipment will be completely unbranded or anonymous.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Mojo Molecular is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we'll gladly help where we can.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
